1. New Booking System & App
We’re moving to a brand-new booking system, along with a new app that’s far more stable — no more glitches, no dropouts when the internet goes down, and no “blue line” or getting kicked out and not remembering your password.

2. New Two-Tier Pricing Structure
After 8 years, we’re introducing a two-tier pricing system:

Senior Barber –
This helps the shop move with the times, supports our team, and gives you more flexibility when booking.
3. Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy
To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we’ve introduced a booking policy:
The system will securely request card details when booking (this is stored safely in the background, not available to babers)
You’ll receive 4 reminders leading up to your appointment
Cancel or reschedule with plenty of notice before 12 hours — no problem at all
However:
Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a 25% fee
Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows will be charged in full
This is simply to reduce missed appointments and protect time for both our clients and our barbers.
